Job Description
About Ditto:
Ditto is on a mission to unleash the full power of edge devices by removing all the plumbing required to build amazing applications. We bridge the digital divide by enabling real-time data synchronization—even when internet connectivity is limited or non-existent. Our peer-to-peer technology is trusted by major customers like Chick-fil-A and Delta Airlines, and we also work closely with the U.S. military on mission-critical connectivity solutions. As a fast-growing startup poised for a future IPO, our team is globally distributed, and our core values are trust, communication, and continuous improvement. We celebrate diversity and strive to create a team that encompasses a wide range of backgrounds, skill sets, and perspectives.
About the role
We’re building on strong momentum—we have a product that our customers love and organic traffic is growing. Now we’re ready for a new chapter, looking to expand our reach through smarter campaigns, sharper messaging, and personalized, signal-based outreach. We need to experiment, move fast, and try bold ideas.
What you’ll do
This role blends paid growth, campaign execution, and ongoing experimentation. We expect your time will be spread fairly evenly across these three areas, with flexibility to shift based on what’s driving the most impact. You’ll be expected to lead global paid search campaigns across platforms to contribute to brand awareness and demand generation goals. And you’ll define and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy that incorporates Generative-AI search.
Campaigns & Paid Growth
- Campaigns: Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms, owning budgets, agency management, targeting, and performance tracking in Hubspot.
- Ad Creation: Write ads people want to click and work with our Designers to test new formats, visuals, and ideas.
- Paid performance reporting: Create the dashboards and manage the ongoing internal comms to convey the range of experiments and impact.
Activation & Experimentation
- Marketing automation: Ensure Hubspot is architected to scale with new programs, and report on performance across myriad measures.
- Experimentation: Create and prioritize a backlog of growth experiments aimed at improving ROI and driving revenue.
- Testing: Explore where AI and automation can boost targeting and engagement, whether that’s a new ad platform, newsletter sponsorship, event, or something we haven’t tried yet.
- Email campaigns: Assist in building lifecycle campaigns that use in-app signals to trigger targeted, personalized outreach.
General Marketing
We’re a small, but mighty team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes across the board. You’ll support ongoing SEO & GEO initiatives, help distribute content in high-impact ways, and collaborate on integrated campaigns. You’ll also take part in team planning and help shape and evolve our growth strategy.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
