Our client, an innovative open-source distributed computing platform, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing, lead generation, GTM motions, and content execution. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution & Management: Own and execute email and drip campaigns, segment audiences, create engaging content, and track performance to optimize conversion rates.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Content Development: Develop high-impact assets such as whitepapers, one-pagers, sales decks, investor presentations, and press releases to support business growth.
Website & Funnel Optimization: Enhance website content, create compelling landing pages, optimize CTAs, automate sequences and ensure digital assets support lead generation and brand awareness.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Utilize HubSpot to build a funnel, automate campaigns, track user behavior, and improve engagement.
Storytelling & Content Strategy: Translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, enterprise buyers, and stakeholders.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, SEO improvements, and campaign analysis to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years in product/digital marketing, preferably in enterprise tech, SaaS, or open-source environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and GTM strategies.
Proficiency with HubSpot
Skills
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in marketing automation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
Canva, Figma, or similar design tools experience is highly advantageous.
Strong SEO knowledge, A/B testing expertise, and digital content optimization.
Excellent written English with the ability to create, edit, and guide content effectively.
