Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

We are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions and will take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting. You will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear metrics, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

  • Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support analytical use cases.
  • Assist on a wide variety of operations projects, including territory planning and forecasting.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports used by GTM stakeholders.
  • Translate vague business problems into actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the accessibility and quality of data.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform).
  • Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git).
  • Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range
$68,000$84,000 USD
