About the role:
We are looking for a GTM Systems Manager to join our team. This role is the primary operational expert for our GTM systems, focused on driving rapid, high-velocity enhancements and solutions. The individual translates immediate GTM team needs into efficient system adjustments, designs practical configurations, and guides technical implementation to ensure quick, accurate deployment and continuous operational efficiency. This role prioritizes swift execution and problem-solving across a high volume of GTM system requests, ensuring our revenue engine runs smoothly day-to-day.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Rapid Operational Solutioning - Drive continuous improvement by quickly identifying GTM process inefficiencies and translating them into practical, executable system adjustments that deliver immediate efficiency gains for revenue teams
- RevOps Data Hygiene & Utility - Establish and enforce robust data hygiene practices for all Salesforce data; guarantee accuracy and consistency for reliable reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Vendor & License Management - Manage relationships, contracts, pricing, and licensing for GTM technology vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo). Ensure cost-effective procurement and optimal utilization of all tools
- RevOps Tech Advisory - Stay current with the latest developments in Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, and other emerging RevOps tools. Advise on potential new technologies or enhancements to optimize our RevOps stack
- Systems Performance & Health - Monitor RevOps system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure stability, reliability, and consistent operational uptime for revenue teams
What you will bring to the team:
- 4+ years of proven experience in RevOps or Sales Ops, with a strong background in translating business needs into technical system configurations and solutions
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator and building complex Salesforce flows; Salesforce credentials are a plus, but not required
- Expertise in the core GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, Gong, and other similar tools
- Able to think from first principles to develop high-quality, simple solutions to difficult problems
- Undergraduate degree in Business or STEM disciplines required; Graduate degree is a plus but not required
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside

Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
