Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Enhancing Cross-Platform Stability: Ensure that integrations to the Salesforce Platform are integrated efficiently and securely. This includes both user functionality and foundational data flow.
- Think outside Salesforce: Build and design Salesforce Flows and Platform Events that interact with external APIs to send and receive information between systems.
- Optimizing Workflows: Implement complex Salesforce Flows to provide seamless user experiences. Building Flows with a consistent and scalable framework to solve business needs
- Understanding Data Structures: Act as a subject matter expert for where customer and user data lives in our GTM systems. Work cross-functionally to ensure that data is in the right place at the right time for end-users to efficiently operate.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement improvements, ensuring Salesforce aligns with company goals.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS
- environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Salesforce Flow and integration management.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions.
- Certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin certification is
- a plus).
- Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
Tech Stack: Agentforce, Outreach.io, ZoomPhone, Middleware Tools (N8N, Make.com, Clay, etc), Gong.io, ZoomInfo
Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at an $130,000-140,000 base. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
