The Position
As an HCM & GP Onboarding Consultant you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM & GP product as well as strong commitment to customer experience.
As the first point of contact with the client and partnering with clients throughout their implementation, you will be the key driver of the successful implementation and exceptional client experience.
Key Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions in a fast-paced environment for enterprise clients.
- Experience in successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels and from different areas of the business (IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, C-level)
- Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into product solutions.
- Excellent project management and technical solutions delivery skills.
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of multiple large-scale HCM & GP implementation projects for global clients.
- Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs and requirements and develop the implementation project plans.
- Ensure internal cross-functional deliverables and timelines alignment throughout the implementation.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Provide guidance and training to client teams on HCM & GP functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders, to ensure successful and timely implementation.
- Develop and deliver customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client teams in system adoption and usage.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support clients in change management activities, including user communication, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,850 USD - $114,550 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
