About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning at a fast-growing, mission-driven company. This role will partner closely with the CFO, VP Finance, department leaders, and the executive team to enhance decision making throughout the company with the Finance and shareholder lens. You’ll own the company’s financial model, build scalable planning processes, and help drive resource allocation decisions that support growth and margin improvement. You will also lead the team partnering with critical decision makers at the company to ensure critical company priorities are executed in the most efficient manner.

The ideal candidate combines financial rigor with strong entrepreneurial instincts and thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments. Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or a high-performance FP&A team is strongly preferred. This role requires the ability to juggle high-level strategic thinking with attention to detail, executive communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of related professional experience

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • 3+ years experience at a high-growth start-up

  • Track record of growing responsibilities / scope and driving meaningful business impact through financial analysis and crossfunctional collaboration

  • Track record of coaching / managing early career professionals; leadership potential

  • Ability to drive cross-functional planning and budgetary alignment

  • Ownership of both revenue and cost drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing multi-level team structures, including direct supervision of managers

  • Experience implementing new finance processes and / or systems

  • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce, or other B2C businesses
