The Opportunity
We're seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to spearhead the launch and expansion of a groundbreaking new offering. This individual will be instrumental in building and scaling a premier global network of exceptional properties, enabling seamless access to unique stays across diverse international destinations.
This is a rare chance to lead a pivotal new initiative within a rapidly growing organization. You'll define the global supply strategy, cultivate relationships with high-value property owners and partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the experience upholds our brand's standards of exclusivity, simplicity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Global Supply Sourcing & Curation
- Design and execute a strategic roadmap for sourcing world-class inventory for a global network.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with high-end property owners, operators, and boutique hospitality providers.
- Curate properties that meet elevated brand standards across aesthetics, location, and guest experience.
Product Strategy & Experience Design
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to shape the platform, user experience, and policies.
- Develop quality and consistency frameworks to ensure a premium guest experience across all geographies.
- Establish system frameworks for booking, availability, and user credits aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Leadership & Execution
- Support global expansion and partner onboarding.
- Collaborate and drive alignment with internal stakeholders and teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Create and manage KPIs tied to supply growth, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the initiative externally at industry events, in media, and with luxury ecosystem partners.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in luxury travel, real estate, hospitality, or marketplace businesses.
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Proven success sourcing high-end supply or inventory in international markets.
- Deep understanding of the expectations and mindset of affluent consumers across different cultures and geographies.
- A strong global network in the luxury real estate, vacation rental, or hospitality space is a significant asset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build and scale new ventures.
- World-class communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
