How you'll make an impact
- Paid Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global paid digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, product roadmaps, and marketing goals.
- Define and drive paid media strategies across key channels (search, social, display, retargeting, etc.), ensuring continuous optimization for maximum performance and ROI.
- Own budget planning and forecasting, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while delivering on key performance goals. Provide accurate, actionable reporting to executive leadership on campaign performance and ROI.
- Campaign Strategy & Executive Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning, keyword selection, and ad creative, to landing pages and conversion tracking.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaign strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Direct the optimization of campaigns through advanced A/B testing, maximizing conversion rates, reducing CPA, and ensuring high ROAS.
- Analytics & Reporting to Executive Leadership
- Lead the creation and presentation of dashboards and regular performance updates for executive leadership, offering strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, MQLs, pipeline contribution) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, delivering insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, content marketing, product marketing, campaign marketing, and sales teams to refine messaging, offers, and targeting strategies.
- Lead strategic discussions with executives to align paid media strategies with broader company goals and ensure cohesive marketing efforts across teams.
- Drive thought leadership across digital marketing teams, providing best practices and fostering alignment across all digital channels to maintain a unified marketing strategy.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists and external agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous skill development.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, experimentation, and professional growth within the team, setting clear expectations and fostering a results-oriented environment.
- Manage team performance, ensuring that key objectives and KPIs are consistently met, while developing individual team members for growth into leadership roles.
You'll achieve your best if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing paid acquisition strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in managing PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong background in managing large-scale budgets, building high-level strategies, and delivering on aggressive growth targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level stakeholders, communicate complex data insights effectively, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing teams and driving alignment across cross-functional groups.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft and present persuasive strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
