About The Role
As a Head of Product Design with us, you'll take the lead in knitting together the narratives and experiences of our diverse customers, shaping our products into relatable stories that resonate across all demographics. You will be the architect designing a versatile and adaptable design system that is integrated across customer-facing products, internal tools and our reusable libraries of automation & AI agents. Your role will encompass engaging directly with our customers, unraveling their challenges, and spearheading innovative solutions. In parallel, you'll cultivate a team of top-tier design professionals, instilling best practices like rigorous design reviews and user research. Your vision will be the glue uniting our team's efforts, ensuring that the solutions we create serve the needs of our users, inside and out.
What You’ll Do
- Evangelize user personas and journeys across all our product lines, providing a connective & cohesive tissue across them
- Create a design system with reusable components across all the personas/journeys
- Customer interviews/calls to understand painpoints and find innovative solutions
- Design best practices (design reviews, user research etc)
- Build and lead a world-class design team
- Cross-functional champion; solves for needs of both, internal and external users
- Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness. Effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to development of organizational policies
- Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply.
- Translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution.
- Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
- Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Sets direction, strategy, and vision for 2 or more teams or subteams. Holds team members accountable.
- Proposes plans for budgeting, execution, and hiring.
- Owns decision making in partnership with functional leadership.
What We Need
- Leadership & Growth: 10+ years in product design with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams; proven ability to scale, mentor, and develop high-performing design orgs.
- Strategic Impact: Experience driving design as a business lever, translating company goals into scalable design strategies, and solving complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Execution & Prototyping: Strong operational acumen in budgeting, hiring, and resource planning; adept at leveraging low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Figma prototypes) to accelerate design iteration and validation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to drive design-led innovation.
- Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of design systems, UX best practices, modern tools (Figma, Sketch), front-end technologies, and rapid prototyping for AI-driven or enterprise products.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions.
