About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Revenue Operations to lead our end-to-end revenue engine. This leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems, processes, and insights that power our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scalable growth and predictable revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • The Head of Revenue Operations will lead the strategic direction and execution of revenue-generating operations within our advertising sales division
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Head of RevOps will be a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, responsible for aligning and optimizing processes across Strategy and Planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) design, Territory Planning, Pipeline Management, Revenue Forecasting, Pricing & Yield Management, Business Operations, and Sales Systems Administration & Automation
  • Be the bridge between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and CS to drive a cohesive GTM that aligns with financial model
  • The ideal candidate will leverage advanced technologies, including leveraging AI tools and automation, to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue operations strategies that align with the company's overarching business objectives
  • Translate revenue goals into hiring plan, budgets, marketing campaigns, and related initiatives to exceed our financial objectives
  • Capture, analyze, and report on GTM process to take action and optimize full funnel activity
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of sales software systems
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality to support the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the development of GTM strategies, encompassing sales methodologies and motions
  • Ensure alignment with market demands and company goals to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and manage effective territory planning processes
  • Oversee pipeline management and revenue forecasting processes
  • Utilize data-driven insights to provide accurate and actionable forecasts
  • Optimize revenue generation while maintaining competitive market positioning
  • Design and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, Training & Enablement, and Client Services teams
  • Drive cohesive strategies that enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency

About You

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: 8+ years in revenue operations (preferably within a SaaS/hardware or healthcare technology company).
  • Deep experience building scalable GTM infrastructure: GTM Strategy (aligning Sales, Marketing, CS), CRM design, forecasting, rep capacity models, comp plans, etc.
  • Comfortable advising senior leadership while also utilizing data and tooling to execute
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Ability to architect a GTM tech stack in a highly effective and efficient manner
    • Strong proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
    • Strong understanding of the sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle.
    • Knowledge of SaaS/hardware revenue models and metrics.
    • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
    • Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Start-up experience is a plus.

Details

  • The annual salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000 + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
  • Flexible PTO
  • Location: Remote, US; East Coast or Central preferred
