About the role
We’re looking for a highly ambitious, AI-obsessed Junior Designer to help us build innovative, beautiful, effective creative across B2B product marketing and sales enablement. You’ll have a strong voice on design, ranging from AI agent launch campaigns and product pages to pitch decks, sales tools, and internal comms—delivering work that elevates our brand and drives growth.
This is a very cool job. It’s also a high-output, fast-moving role ideal for someone who takes extreme ownership, loves experimenting with design and is fascinated by how AI tools to scale production, iterate faster, and unlock new creative ideas. Imagine having one product screen, and imagining that into creatives across a bunch of channels.
- Use AI to design campaign and sales assets across web, email, social, pitch decks, and more
- Create assets, at scale, like images, GIFs, diagrams and others that can be easily localised
- Support product launches, from visual concepts to production-ready deliverables
- Create internal comms and training visuals to support adoption
- Work with PMMs and sales enablement leads to bring messaging to life visually
- Build and scale templates using AI design tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI
- Stay up-to-date and make recommendations to the team on design trends, tools, and AI workflows
- Be part of brainstorms and creative reviews, always pushing ideas forward
- 1–2 years of design experience (or exceptional work that shows you’re ready)
- Strong portfolio showing cross-platform creative (especially B2B or tech)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI design tools
- A growth mindset and willingness to test, fail, and try again
- Must be well organised (good at storage, file management, documentation) and has excellent time management
- Must be fluent in English both reading and writing, and other languages are highly regarded
- Clear, collaborative communication and a hunger to learn
- Passion for AI and a drive to work faster and smarter with it every day
