About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Localization Project Manager that will take full ownership of delivering localized marketing and sales assets that land with impact in every market. From handling intake to managing timelines, adapting visual assets, and delivering final files, your focus is on flawless execution and attention to detail.
You’ll work hands-on with AI tools, TMS platforms, and design files to ensure every piece of content is perfectly adapted, fully localized, and ready to perform. This is a part-time, 6-month contract role where precision, structure, and follow-through are everything. There’s a possibility to renew the contract or transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
- Manage the localization of marketing and sales assets across global markets—working within established workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
- Take full ownership of localization requests—from brief to final delivery—tracking progress and coordinating with stakeholders across teams.
- Break down complex content packages into actionable, structured components ready for localization.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to create high-quality multilingual copy, voiceovers, and visuals—no human post-editing required.
- Localize and fine-tune design assets using Figma, ensuring every element fits each market’s needs.
- Manually adapt layouts, edit visual content, and check every detail to make sure assets are channel- and market-ready.
- Manage translation workflows in TMS platforms like Phrase or Crowdin, keeping timelines and quality in check.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support the Localization Manager by ensuring process adherence and high standards across every deliverable.
- 2–3 years of experience managing localization projects in a marketing, content, or sales enablement environment.
- A strong track record of executing established localization workflows—accurately, efficiently, and independently.
- Familiarity with AI tools or prompt engineering to support multilingual content production at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Figma to adapt and finalize marketing visuals.
- Working knowledge of TMS platforms like Phrase, Crowdin, or similar.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills—you know how to manage multiple timelines and priorities without losing your cool.
- Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates well across teams and time zones.
- Fluent in English and at least one other language: German, Swedish, European Portuguese, French, or Spanish.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
