About the role
As Product Marketing Manager at Job&Talent, you’ll help define and deliver the go-to-market strategy for our most strategic products—led by our AI agents like Clara, Teo, Maria and Sara.
Moving fast and leaning heavily on AI tools to deliver more with less, you’ll own campaign execution across product launches, sales enablement, and in-market performance. You’ll turn complex innovation into customer-ready narratives that scale globally.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and flawless execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to launch, measure, and iterate.
- Own and execute multi-channel launch campaigns for product and AI agent releases
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value props for a range of verticals and buyer personas
- Use AI tooling to accelerate tasks: from writing and editing to competitor analysis and campaign iteration
- Build and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, training decks, internal FAQs
- Working with Product and Analytics team to extract data into compelling sales stories
- Partner with designers, AI writers, and analysts to develop campaign assets
- Collaborate on content creation across blog, social (LinkedIn), and podcast channels
- Work closely with local sales organizations to understand objections and feed that into messaging and support with local adaptations
- 3–5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech-led environments
- Experience launching multiple products or features end to end
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills
- Great with numbers and loves turning data into slides that speak for themselves
- Proven practical obsession with AI tools and how to apply them to marketing workflows
- Strong project management and ability to juggle priorities across teams
- Fluent in English and if you have an additional language, it’s very highly regarded
- A bias for clarity, simplicity, and speed
