We are a remote-first company with over 200 employees, serving 1000+ customers across 75+ countries. Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, ELEVATION, and Blume Ventures, we've raised $32M in funding, including our most recent Series B round.

- Mitigate people-related risks proactively and bring clarity in ambiguity.
- Embed and amplify Sprinto’s culture code across GTM orgs.
- Ensure consistent employee experience, manager effectiveness, and value alignment in every GTM team.
- Enable performance, development, and internal growth through structured frameworks (e.g., bootcamps, onboarding ramps, career paths).
- Identify early signals of misalignment and coach leaders on high-velocity interventions.

- Apply behavioural science and org development principles to make Sprinto a best-in-class remote organisation.
- Monitor and act on key people metrics — attrition, performance, engagement — to drive organisational decisions.
- Build people experiments and track their impact rigorously.
- 5–8 years in HRBP or People Partner roles, preferably in high-growth B2B startups.
- Hands-on experience supporting Sales or Customer Success orgs.
- Strong business orientation and fluency in how GTM functions operate.
- Demonstrated ownership, agility, and comfort with scale-up environments.
- Prior experience in org design, performance management, or career progression frameworks.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in people metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Built internal bootcamps, sales enablement programs, or manager capability frameworks.
- Exposure to total rewards/compensation design.
- Familiarity with tools like Lattice, Leapsome, or CultureAmp.
- Experience in remote-first or distributed organisations.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
