Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The team

The People Systems team plays a critical role in enabling the HR organization through the strategic use of technology. We manage a wide range of initiatives, including end-user support for our HRIS (HiBob), ongoing systems optimization, and the development of our broader HR tech roadmap.

The role

As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems—especially our core platform, HiBob. This is a systems-focused role that requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with the HR team and downstream stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and improve system-related requests, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. The ability to manage and improve HR systems is central to this role.

You’re welcome to work remotely from the USA.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide end-user support for our HR systems, developing a robust understanding of how users interact with HiBob and troubleshooting the challenges they face
  • Develop a strong understanding of our HR systems and play an active role in the rollout and testing of new functionality
  • Independently identify opportunities for automation and self-service within HiBob
  • Maintain overview of both ad hoc support requests and tickets related to larger initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effective tracking within the ticketing system
  • Identify and propose solutions to tackle end user knowledge gaps
  • Create and maintain well-organized and accessible documentation of knowledge in Confluence
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and systems by supporting their rollout and adoption

We expect you to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with an emphasis on system administration and end-user support
  • Proven experience in automating previously manual work
  • Experience working in a state-of-the-art HRIS – experience with HiBob is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with SLAs
  • Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing systems

Key Employee Benefits:

  • Health Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 83k-96k base + quarterly bonuses based on your experience, skills, and location.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
