Managing multiple concurrent client projects requires precision, speed, and airtight organization. They seek a skilled, proactive HubSpot Growth Engineer to drive client success by building, optimizing, and managing sophisticated HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, and personalized experiences.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Position Overview:
As theHubSpot Growth Engineer, you will execute client campaigns across HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Content Hubs. You will create and manage multi-branch workflows, personalized emails, landing pages, and dashboards. This role translates strategic requirements into automated processes, ensuring precise execution and smooth delivery of client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Engineering:
Build and optimize multi-branch automations, lifecycle models, and lead scoring within HubSpot.
Implement custom code actions or serverless functions to interact with external APIs and invoke LLMs like OpenAI/ChatGPT for dynamic content and data enrichment.
Personalized Experiences:
Develop dynamic, personalized email content and landing pages using HubL, HubDB, custom objects, and personalization tokens.
Maintain global modules and templates to ensure consistency and reusability across portals.
Reporting & Analytics:
Configure custom dashboards tracking funnel performance, campaign results, and experiment data.
Ensure data hygiene and attribution accuracy across multiple client portals.
Tool & API Integration:
Connect external tools (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, Zapier, Python/JS scripts) to enhance workflow automation.
Leverage platforms like Clay, Bardeen, and Airscale for data enrichment, triggering actions, and extracting insights.
Project Organization:
Maintain meticulous records of portal assets, naming conventions, and change logs.
Use Notion for task tracking, flagging blockers, and managing scope.
Create Loom videos or documentation to enable client self-service.
What Success Looks Like:
Build and maintain highly effective HubSpot workflows driving client success.
Empower clients with tools and resources for self-service alongside smooth project delivery.
Generate actionable, accurate insights through dashboards for clear campaign performance visibility.
Create scalable workflows, lead scoring, and personalized content supporting multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Maintain clear, organized documentation and communication accessible to teams and clients.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years administering HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and preferably Content/Website Hub.
Proven experience in growth engineering: rapid experiments, performance measurement, and data-driven iteration.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/OpenAI or similar LLMs enhancing HubSpot workflows.
Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and HubL for email and CMS customization.
Fluent, professional English communication skills for client-facing interaction.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful campaigns.
Solid CRM understanding with deep knowledge of HubSpot’s automation and workflow capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CMS, Operations Hub, Revenue Operations).
Experience with Clay, Bardeen, or Airscale for data enrichment and automation.
Familiarity with HubSpot UI Extensions or custom CRM cards (React).
Basic SQL or spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and reporting.
Prior experience managing multiple client portals with disciplined documentation and processes.
