About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in hyper-growth SaaS environments to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while driving operational excellence. This position does not include direct reports but requires significant collaboration across teams to support the full employee lifecycle and build scalable people operations processes.Responsibilities
As an HRBP, you will:- Manager & Employee Development

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people management best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Coach managers on handling employee relations issues, team performance, and engagement strategies.
- Compensation & Talent Strategy

- Conduct market research and internal pay equity analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and update compensation frameworks aligned with company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on salary benchmarking and total rewards strategies.
- Performance & Growth

- Partner with leaders to ensure effective and constructive feedback practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the review process.
- Contribute to building foundational career path frameworks and growth opportunities for employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role expectations and advancement criteria.
- Support initiatives to enhance talent development and succession planning.
- Employee Experience
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Identify trends from exit interviews and engagement surveys to inform people strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hyper-growth SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in scaling teams rapidly.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct compensation analysis and interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently without direct reports.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and other relevant tools.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience scaling HR processes in global SaaS organizations is highly desirable.
- Presence on the West Coast highly desired, if not on the West Coast, must be able to work 9:00am - 5:00pm PST Mon-Fri
Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
