About us
Want to work with an award-winning and quickly expanding company? We’re a travel site making it a doddle to book camping, glamping and caravan sites all over the world, with over 5,300 to choose from.
Pitchup.com receives 33m annual visits and over the last year has booked over 5m bed nights, with total transaction value 97% up compared to 2019. The site has been featured in leading global media titles, such as BBC News, New York Times, Le Figaro, and more, and has been translated into 17 languages. You will join a nimble team of 70 based in 10 countries, all working from home, as we are a 100% remote business.
A member of the Financial Times' FT1000 fastest growing companies in Europe, Pitchup.com receives up to 320,000 visits and 7,500 bookings per day, and this year an individual site took 95 bookings in 24 hours. Recently we were awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award by Feefo, for achieving a customer rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 for 3 years in a row. The company is profitable and was founded in 2009 by former lastminute.com staff with a background in the holiday park sector.
As we grow we will have new roles opening across the business and while some of our current career opportunities may not suit what you are looking for, we would still love to hear from you. Please register your interest to work with us by submitting your CV.
Our current teams are made up of:
Sales/New Business Development - this enthusiastic team of individuals have the luxury of speaking to our new customers who have great campsites and would benefit from advertising their holiday options on our site. To be part of this team you would need to have worked in B2B sales before and loved the hunt for new business.
Account Management - this team is all about creating our campsite owners “dating profiles” on Pitchup.com. Speaking to our customers and managing the busy workload of ensuring all of our new customers go live so they can see the bookings flood in. To be part of this team, you will have great technical skills, combined with strong account management abilities and perhaps speak a few other languages.
Product Management - Be part of the team that innovates and plans what our current and future websites and online products might look like. You would have ownership of managing product life cycles and you definitely would need some experience of developing new online products and services.
Technology/Software Engineering - Without our tech gurus where would be? Our technology consists of a well-established Python/Django/Celery-based solution, complemented by a new mobile-centric Vue.js front-end. We are about to embark on a migration of much of our estate to the Google Cloud Platform. So if you have skills within this tech stack we would love to hear from you!
Marketing - Why would you not want to sing and shout about Pitchup? Our marketing team is always busy, whether this is digital marketing aspects, creating new advertising campaigns or arranging and attending exhibitions, to name a few... We would love to hear from talented marketeers from all areas, perhaps you have worked for an online business before and would like to play a key part in the growth of the business.
Operations (or should we say the engine room of Pitchup?) - HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Administration - This team supports and enables the business to be a smooth operator. If you like a combination of hands-on work and getting involved in the details, have a track record in any of these areas, then register your interest!
Please note by sending your CV we will keep your details on file, so we do hope you are happy that we will be managing your data.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
