Position Summary
As an Illustrator, you will create compelling visual assets that bring the personality of the brand to life, enhance marketing initiatives, and engage target audiences. You’ll play a key role in developing high-quality illustrations and expanding our visual bank, to help accomplish EarnIn’s aesthetic and strategic goals across various channels.
This role is based in Mexico City and requires strong artistic ability, attention to detail, and collaboration skills to deliver impactful visuals that make our brand stand out from the pack.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop original illustrations for websites, social media, email campaigns, product marketing, app screens, and editorial content.
- Translate complex concepts into visually engaging and digestible artwork and infographics tailored to specific audiences.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to align visuals with messaging and brand strategy.
- Ensure all illustrations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and quality. Help expand current brand guidelines to further develop a cohesive illustration look and feel.
- Revise and refine illustrations based on feedback to meet project objectives and creative standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging illustration techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in illustration for marketing, branding, or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Skills: Strong artistic ability, proficiency in illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Figma), and a demonstrable understanding of composition, color, and typography.
- Mindset: Adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Points: Experience with motion design or AI-assisted creative tools.
