About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilledImplementation Engineer to join our team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and configuration of our solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and account management to act as the technical point of contact and ensure our customers have a seamless experience from initial setup through to full implementation.

What you'll do:
Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise throughout the implementation phase.
Customer Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing clear guidance and updates.
Documentation: Maintain and create thorough documentation of the implementation process, including custom configurations, issues, solutions and any other important aspects that would be helpful for successful implementation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to surface and execute opportunities to streamline client integration and reduce overall time to go live.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and operational improvements based on client interactions and implementation experiences.
Training & Support: Provide training to clients and other implementation team members on the use and maintenance of the implemented solutions, ensuring they are equipped to fully utilize the product.
Solution Deployment & Configuration: Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of our products or solutions for new and existing clients.
Customization & Integration: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommending customized solutions to meet their business needs and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (2+ years) in an implementation or technical support role, preferably in a software or technology-related field.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Experience utilizing Salesforce for project tracking and issue resolution.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
