In this role, you won’t just build training content—you’ll shape how our customers learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll tackle creating courses from scratch aligned with product updates while continuing to improve our customer’s ongoing learning experience.
We’re looking for someone who brings more than a skillset—they bring initiative, curiosity, and the confidence to work independently. You’ll need at least 3-5 years of Instructional Design experience, a flexible mindset, and a willingness to dive into new tools and an evolving industry. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas to the table and the ability to bring those ideas to life—without waiting for someone else to tell you where to start.

Key Responsibilities
Work on a small team that designs effective, engaging, and high-quality self-paced content for adult learners
With the assistance of SMEs, create learning objectives and course curriculum for content directed at an external audience
Create scripts, video tutorials, walkthroughs, and certifications for online learning content
Maintain and improve course material including visual aids and graphics
Create supplementary learning materials including written tutorials and interactive exercises
Create and build learning assessments in-line with learning objectives
Assist in the assessment and evaluation of the educational effectiveness of the online courses
Administer course lifecycle tracking and priority of course updates
Work collaboratively across the organization to assess team needs and develop better content to fill education gaps
Assist in LMS administration as needed
Review and report on customer education program metrics to assess content effectiveness
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
3-5+ years of Instructional Design experience
Experience creating self-service training content
Learning Management System administration experience
eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate products)
Experience in video creation, editing, and hosting
Graphic Design skills (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Knowledge of adult learning best practices
Skilled at leading comprehensive needs analyses
Experience creating content from scratch
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions
Nice to Have
Prior software training experience
Front-end development
