Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join our litigation team and provide legal advice to a highly well-known global team Canada. This fully remote role is open to lawyers licensed in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on disability insurance claims, including matters involving LTD, STD, group insurance policies, and employer-sponsored benefit plans
  • Review, analyze, and interpret complex insurance policies, claim files, and medical records
  • Prepare pleadings, affidavits, motion materials, and submissions
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and potential resolution pathways

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance litigation, including disability, personal injury, or group benefits claims
  • Solid understanding of LTD/STD claims processes, evidentiary requirements, and insurer practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation, Benefits & Location:
