Summary

The IT Analyst, Enterprise Applications at Wiz manages and maintains all SaaS applications used within the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, the IT Analyst will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, providing support to end-users, and effectively managing SaaS through tools like Torii.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and maintain all SaaS applications used across the organization
  • Utilize Torii for comprehensive SaaS management, including discovery, optimization, and governance
  • Partner with procurement on software renewals, license management, and vendor negotiations
  • Identify and manage shadow IT, working to bring unauthorized applications under proper management
  • Develop and implement consolidation plans for overlapping or redundant applications
  • Optimize license utilization and costs across the organization by partnering with IT engineering to implement automation
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business applications
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new SaaS solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Participate in IT projects related to business applications
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably with a focus on SaaS applications
  • Strong knowledge of common revenue and corporate IT applications
  • Experience with SaaS management platforms, particularly Torii
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders across various departments, including procurement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with user account management and access controls
  • Understanding of software licensing models and contract management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with specific SaaS platforms (Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gong)
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering reports and insights to leadership
  • Background in IT procurement or vendor management
