We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Cloud Services Administrator - Endpoint Management to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our endpoint management environment, leveraging tools like Jamf, Intune, and other MDM, EPM relevant technologies.
- Deploy, configure, and manage software updates, patches, and security policies across all endpoints.
- Automate endpoint management tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated endpoint related issues.
- Monitor endpoint performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest endpoint management trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation for leading response efforts during high priority incidents, and working closely with cross-functional teams to expedite resolution.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud services administration, with a focus on endpoint management.
- Proven experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) and collaboration platforms (Google Drive, Slack, Zoom).
- Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Familiarity with security principles and data protection across all cloud services.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Act as technical lead and/or participate in various projects.
- Ensure all IT processes and procedures are documented.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues, and to advocate for enhancements or improvements.
- Experience deploying solutions and security policies with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Administration
- Experience deploying and configuring EPM solutions such as CyberArk to restrict privileges and control application access.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
- Jamf Certified Tech
- Jamf Certified Expert
