👯Your responsibilities on the project will be:


- Develop a long-term marketing strategy aimed at driving B2B sales and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives;

- Oversee the strategic and operational management of Softermii’s Marketing Team, creating a high-performance culture;

- Strengthen brand positioning, PR, and communications to enhance Softermii’s visibility and credibility in the marketplace;

- Manage annual marketing budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency and return on investment;

- Direct User Acquisition, SMM, SEO, and Link Building efforts, optimizing each for lead generation and brand impact;

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives contribute to top-line revenue goals;

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform agile marketing decisions;

- Track, analyze, and present marketing KPIs; use insights to refine tactics and improve outcomes;

- Implement a unified document management system to streamline workflows and maintain campaign consistency.

🗞Our requirements to you:


- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing, with a focus on B2B tech;

- Experience in IT outsourcing or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles;

- Proven success in running impactful campaigns, especially within the IT services sector;

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and strategies like SEO, ABM, and inbound marketing;

- Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and position new services for growth;

- Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI;

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes;

- Experience leveraging social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, instant messengers) to support brand awareness and lead generation;

- Skilled in interpreting data, forecasting trends, and converting insights into actionable marketing initiatives;

- Excellent communication skills in English (C1), with experience working cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.

💥It would be cool if you have experience:


- Experience in organizing online webinars and participating as a speaker;

- Experience in participating in live events to promote company services and brand.
