We seek an experienced, visionary information technology professional to serve as the IT Support Team Lead. In this position, you will provide senior leadership, vision, and direction in planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and maintaining applications, programs, and activities assigned to Information Technology (IT), including company infrastructure, security, and monitoring tools. You will oversee the daily operations and administration of our company's technological infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of IT support within the company.
- Develop, evaluate, and modify information systems policies and procedures.
- Manage the IT team by recruiting, training, and assigning team members to various process parts.
- Analyze IT budget and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the IT system's daily performance, including computers, programs, and networks.
- Oversee and manage the installation of new upgrades for hardware and software.
- Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery computer systems and processes.
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
- Develop and oversee the company's technology roadmap for all technical infrastructure.
- Ensure that security systems, controls, and procedures effectively manage vulnerabilities and provide continuous protection from external and internal parties.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and security.
- Knowledge of corporate cloud networks and security in AWS, Azure (Azure Active Directory, VM), Intune device management, Google Workspace, ITIL, and ITSM and DevOps environments.
- Experience analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their specifications.
- Experience controlling information technology budgets.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a team, including managing functional and technical resources globally.
- Business acumen: understanding the organization's industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- A high level of personal integrity and the ability to deal professionally with confidential matters and demonstrate an appropriate level of judgment and maturity in making informed risk decisions.
- Upper-Intermediate + in English.
