Job Description

Position Title: Senior Associate to Counsel - Corporate/M&A

Contract: Full-time

Posting Jurisdictions: USA - Remote

Compensation: TBC based on experience and location

The Role:

Due to continued growth across our partner group, we are interested in speaking to Junior to Mid-level Litigators who would like to work to work across a variety of litigation groups, including complex civil litigation, IP disputes, international arbitration, class actions, antitrust, business disputes, securities and fraud, to name a few.

We are flexible on location in the US as we offer remote working.

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Experience working in Litigation
  • 2-5 years of experience at an Am Law 100 Firm
  • Strong writing skills
