We're looking for an experienced Launch Marketer who can seamlessly onboard new partners to our platform and execute comprehensive launch marketing campaigns. This role requires strong English fluency, exceptional copywriting skills, and top-tier project management capabilities. The ideal candidate is meticulous, highly organized, proactive, and capable of making insightful decisions independently.

Fully Remote, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
TheLaunch Marketer will manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners and create impactful launch marketing campaigns, including developing program pages and email sequences. The role requires an individual with exceptional project management skills, advanced English fluency, and the ability to deliver high-quality copy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto our platform.
Create and execute impactful launch marketing campaigns, including developing engaging program pages and email marketing sequences.
Conduct high-level copywriting tailored specifically to our audience, ensuring clear, compelling, and consistent communication.
Utilize Airtable (or similar project management tools) to meticulously manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Create basic design assets using Canva or comparable design software.
Act as the primary decision-maker for launch-related tasks, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience:
Proven track record in project management, ideally in marketing or partnership launches.
Advanced English fluency with strong copywriting and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience with Airtable or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello,monday.com).
Basic proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools. (PLUS)
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
