Lead Data Scientist

It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives.Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.

We are looking for a talented Lead Data Scientist who will join our team to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our technologies.

Responsibilities:

Enhancing Existing Algorithms;

• Conduct in-depth analyses of system performance to formulate hypotheses;
• Model optimal system configurations and validate results through A/B testing;
• Develop diagnostic tools to identify and address inefficiencies in algorithm performance;
• Maintain and improve the metrics influenced by our algorithms;

Leading Projects for New Algorithm and Feature Implementation:

• Generate and check hypotheses based on product research and experiment drive the development of new features, ensuring the best ideas are delivered to production;
• Oversee feature launch and measure the impact on business metrics;
• Collaborate with developers to refine solutions and define technical requirements; collaborate with nutrition scientists and coaches;

Advancing Personalization Algorithms:

• Collaborate with the ML team to evolve our personalization journey from heuristics to Uplift Models and Reinforcement Learning (RL).

Requirements:

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights;
• Experience designing experiments and evaluating their impact;
• Experience in modeling;
• Expertise in breaking down complex technical processes;
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools;
• Background in efficiency/growth analytics teams;
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles.
