Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and Enablement, the Lead Product Marketing Manager will serve as the product marketer for Atlas, Spring Health’s data and analytics suite for HR leaders. This East Coast–based role (NYC preferred) sits within the Product Marketing team and plays a critical role in advancing the visibility, adoption, and impact of our analytics platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain compelling messaging for Atlas that reflects ongoing product innovation and frequent feature releases
  • Ensure Atlas is accurately and effectively represented across all Spring Health market-facing materials, including sales collateral and external communications
  • Drive customer utilization and engagement with Atlas by partnering with customer success and product teams on activation strategies
  • Partner with other marketing teams to support thought leadership initiatives that position Atlas as a category-defining solution for HR leaders
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to execute successful go-to-market strategies

What Success Looks Like

  • Growth in monthly active users (MAU) of the Atlas platform
  • Meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention targets
  • Consistent, positive feedback from Sales and Customer Success on the relevance and impact of Atlas marketing materials
  • Timely and effective execution of GTM initiatives tied to new Atlas features
  • Strategic alignment between product development and market messaging

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics platforms, healthcare, or employer services
  • Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong ability to translate complex data tools into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Experience driving utilization and adoption of digital products, ideally analytics or dashboard solutions
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in using metrics to guide strategy and measure impact

The target base salary range for this position is $147,800 - $184,750, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
