This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Skills & Capability Program Design and Execution - Own the strategy, design, and delivery of high-priority learning programs, including AI fluency, operational excellence, data literacy, leadership capabilities, among others.
  • Learning Experience Innovation - Leverage AI, learning science, and rapid prototyping to build scalable and engaging learning experiences that meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Translation - Act as the primary learning partner for functional leaders; translate business challenges into learning interventions with measurable outcomes.
  • Learning Technology Integration - Use Apollo’s Learning Platforms (Sana and 7Taps) and AI tools (ChatGPT, NotionAI) to streamline content development, delivery, and learner engagement across multiple channels.
  • Role-Based Capability Development - Partner with SMEs to define role-specific skills, map them to progression levels, and build programs that close critical skill gaps.
  • Program Evaluation & Feedback Loops - Set up evaluation mechanisms to measure impact, gather learner insights, and continuously improve learning interventions.

About You

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning and Capability Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role.
  • Skills Framework & Taxonomy Design - Proven experience building and operationalizing skill taxonomies, capability frameworks, or role-based skills matrices. Able to map skills to learning paths and progression models that guide both individual growth and organizational capability development.
  • Learning Program Design - Demonstrated ability to design, prototype, and scale learning programs that target specific skills and performance outcomes. Able to align program structure with business needs, career progression, and role expectations.
  • AI-Enhanced Content Development - Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots, automation) to streamline content creation, accelerate program delivery, and personalize learning experiences at scale.
  • Stakeholder Management - Strong ability to partner with business leaders, translate strategic priorities into learning initiatives, and co-create impactful, relevant solutions that solve real performance challenges.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution - Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution. Able to build clear, phased roadmaps that tie learning investments to business outcomes, with clear metrics and iterative improvement loops.
  • Learning Science & Adult Education Principles - Deep understanding of instructional design, spaced learning, retrieval practice, and behavior change models. Uses evidence-based methodologies to drive knowledge retention, skill acquisition, and behavior change.
  • Curiosity & Proactive Research - Operates as a self-directed learner who regularly investigates new learning methods, tools, and content models. Comfortable testing, iterating, and refining learning approaches to improve learner outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration - Strong verbal and written communicator who can engage effectively with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and executives. Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting learning strategies, and gaining alignment across the business.
