Job Description:
As a member of the Enablement Operations team, the Training Event Facilitator will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting global and regional events for SonicWall’s employees, partners, and customers. This position ensures the seamless execution of training events, contributing to the overall success of the company's enablement initiatives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event scope, including objectives, target audiences, constraints, deadlines, and required deliverables or reports upon event completion
- Manage the event calendar, coordinating with hosts and presenters to confirm availability
- Facilitate virtual events as needed, leveraging the designated event platform
- Partner with stakeholders to develop supporting materials, such as slide presentations, handouts, and other collateral essential for event success
- Provide Marketing with key event details for invitations and communications
- Support event speakers by offering guidance, templates, and resources to enhance the quality of their presentations
- Track and analyze event performance, delivering metrics and insights for continuous improvement
- Publish recorded events and assets on the internal Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS)
- Provide backup administrative support to the Sales Enablement team as needed
- Respond to training scheduling requests from Authorized Training Partners (ATP)
- Maintain and update the lab calendar
- Schedule and review labs and classes based on ATP schedules and registrations
- Distribute firewall registration keys and ensure lab and student kit orders align with ATP requirements
- Manually update lab kits in accordance with the latest ATP registrations, verifying order accuracy
- Reconcile lab usage data with ATP orders to maintain accurate inventory tracking
- Ensure ATPs adhere to established processes and training timelines
- Provide student kit keys for internal technical support team training requests
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to gather training requirements and identify necessary resources effectively
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Basic computer proficiency with intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
