Currently, we're hiring lawyers with technology law / tech sector experience to join our ranks and provide support to our global F500 clients:
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working with and advising stakeholders directly on a wide variety of technology transactions, as well as the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level
- Providing practical legal advice and support on commercial matters in a dynamic environment
- Advising on legal issues associated with the development, implementation and use of technology products in connection with the company’ products and services
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with ideally a minimum of 2 years PQE, with experience in technology law/ commercial contracts experience within tech sector
