The Role

Join Abridge as a proactive and highly organized Legal Operations Administrator to provide comprehensive executive administrative support to our in-house legal team. This role will focus on managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting general administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Executive Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for legal team members.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.

  • Screen and prioritize emails and correspondence on behalf of legal leadership.

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading executive communications, presentations, and reports.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Organize and maintain legal department files and documentation.

  • Track and coordinate deadlines, reminders, and key department initiatives.

  • Assist with processing invoices, managing expense reports, and liaising with Finance as needed.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and project updates on behalf of Legal Operations.

  • Support onboarding for new legal team members by coordinating access, tools, and documentation.

  • Order office supplies and handle other general administrative tasks as needed.

Team Coordination & Support:

  • Serve as the point of contact for scheduling and administrative requests within the legal department.

  • Work cross-functionally with other administrative professionals across departments to coordinate projects and events.

  • Assist in organizing team offsites, training sessions, and other departmental activities.

Who You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role (supporting senior leadership preferred).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.

  • Experience with expense management systems and travel booking preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bonus Points If… (Optional)

  • Familiarity with legal department operations or corporate environments.

We use a tiered compensation structure based on geographic location. The annual salary range for this role is:

Geo 1: $135,000-$145,000
Geo 2: $120,000-$130,000
Geo 3: $115,000-$125,000
