Legal Program Manager, Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Legal Program Manager to join our growing Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs team. As a Legal Program Manager, you will manage the team’s privacy and global regulatory programs, projects and initiatives. The successful candidate is passionate about privacy and platform regulation, but even more passionate about process and scale. You will build and collaborate across multiple functions, establishing relationships and driving decisions on critical issues to move our programs forward. This position will report to the head of Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead planning, management, and implementation of Privacy Legal projects aligned with the Legal department’s goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations, and lead projects to implement.
- Ensure projects and regulatory responses meet milestones (on time, on budget, and in scope) through effective resource, issue, and risk management.
- Maintain internal and external privacy and legal related policies and documentation and organize regular reviews and refreshes.
- Communicate project activities before, during, and after completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support the adoption of privacy processes across the company.
- Track and automate project metrics for ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Regularly present project status and initiatives to management, escalating risks/issues and offering solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8+ years experience in privacy or compliance support as a program manager, paralegal, or legal specialist at a technology company, law firm, or government agency.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of best-in-class privacy or other compliance programs.
- Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and presenting data to drive decision making.
- Ability to accommodate various time zones to support international stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling chaos with the ability to thrive in a remote-first team environment.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
