We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute email-centric strategies that drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and retention programs, primarily in the email marketing channel. This role is responsible for ensuring that customers continuously find value in our products and are guided toward deeper adoption and expansion opportunities.
By leveraging data, automation, and targeted messaging, you’ll identify key moments in the customer journey to introduce additional solutions, maximize engagement, and reduce churn. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to create campaigns that not only improve retention but also unlock new revenue streams.

What you'll do:
- Develop and implement revenue-driving lifecycle programs that identify and activate cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Segment and personalize marketing campaigns to target customers based on their usage, behaviors, and needs—ensuring timely and relevant outreach that increases adoption and conversion.
- Leverage automation and data-driven insights to optimize touchpoints, ensuring customers are nurtured toward the next best action, whether that’s upgrading, expanding, or renewing.
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with account expansion strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Test, analyze, and refine campaigns to continually improve performance, tracking key metrics such as revenue impact, customer engagement, and retention rates.
- Proactively address churn risks by identifying early warning signs and implementing targeted interventions to re-engage at-risk customers.
- Continuously optimize messaging and positioning for expansion opportunities, ensuring customers clearly understand the additional value they can unlock with our solutions.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of focused experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM marketing with a significant email component, or customer marketing with a primary track record of driving lifecycle engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs leveraging email as a primary channel that have driven measurable revenue growth and improved customer retention.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation principles and extensive experience developing personalized marketing campaigns executed through email.
- Strong proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce (or other marketing automation CRM platforms)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and broader campaign performance to drive actionable insights and measure the impact of campaign initiatives.
- Significant experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies within email marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling copy and messaging.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams, ensuring marketing strategies align with overall goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $77,500 - $97,000 plus variable compensation.
