Introduction: As a Luxury Travel Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in FlyFlat’s growth and customer experience strategy. Your mission will be to assist VIP travelers, secure the best flight deals, and ensure seamless travel experiences. This role is designed for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury travel, customer service, and high-end sales
You will work closely with Concierge I team members and Sabre agents, providing top-tier service while ensuring operational efficiency. If you are proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Luxury Travel Support
- Assist high-value clients in booking first-class and business-class flights, ensuring best-in-market deals.
- Provide white-glove customer service tailored to VIP travelers.
- Solve problems in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Own the client experience by building long-term relationships and developing FlyFlat’s brand reputation.
Operations & Collaboration
- Work closely with Concierge I team members and Sabre agents to fulfill client requests.
- Maintain and optimize affiliate relationships and balances.
- Process billing, credit card payments, authorizations, and refunds.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on end-of-month billing and reporting.
Process Improvement & Brand Development
- Enhance customer service workflows, ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience.
- Improve internal process documentation and training materials to streamline operations.
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of FlyFlat’s luxury travel offerings.
Qualifications
- Passion for international travel and luxury experiences.
- 2+ years of experience directly dealing with customers via email, SMS, and chat apps.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with an ability to manage VIP clients.
- Highly responsive to emails, WhatsApp, and Telegram messages.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with analytical tools.
Preferred
- Experience in a luxury sector (hotel, high-end sales, concierge services).
- Previous experience selling high-ticket items ($3,000+).
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, investors, CEOs, and executives.
- Strong knowledge of credit points and airline mileage programs.
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth startups with lean and efficient teams.
- Significant personal international travel experience.
Metrics for Success
- Increase in gross profit and conversion rates for serviced leads.
- Success in client "saves" and "wins" (retaining customers and securing optimal deals).
- Smooth collaboration with FlyFlat team members.
- Reduction in training time for future concierge hires.
- Time saved for FlyFlat leadership (COO & Director of Concierge Services).

Compensation and Employment Details:
- Total Compensation (OTE): $24,000–$40,000.
- Base Salary: $12,000–$20,000.
- Commissions: Team-based split.
- Bonuses: Based on team management, efficiency, continuity, and client experience.
