For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from recurring employee meals to one-off meetings, all backed by 24/7 customer service with real humans. ezCater also enables companies to manage their food spend in a single, customizable platform. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps them grow their business by bringing them more orders and new high-value customers. We're backed by top investors including Insight, Iconiq, Lightspeed, GIC, SoftBank, and Quadrille.
We’re looking for a Manager of B2B Marketing Operations to lead and scale marketing operations for both our Demand (Corporate Solutions) and Supply (Catering Partners) marketing teams. You’ll be at the center of how we drive pipeline, customer acquisition, partner engagement, and revenue growth. This is a highly strategic and technical role — part marketing technologist, part revenue architect. You will own our B2B marketing systems (HubSpot Marketing Hub, integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, etc.), drive automation and data flow best practices, and partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You’ll also work with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure data quality, segmentation, targeting, and activation — ensuring a connected, insight-driven customer journey. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution — and love building scalable, data-driven marketing engines — this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead B2B Marketing Operations for Demand (Enterprise Sales/Corporate Solutions) and Supply (Partner Acquisition) marketing teams.
- Manage a small team of Marketing Technology and Operations associates.
- Own and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, campaign operations, and reporting inside HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Implement and maintain integration strategies between HubSpot, Salesforce, CDP, and additional MarTech tools to ensure clean data flow and a 360° view of the customer.
- Partner with Demand Marketing, Supply Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales teams to design, implement, and optimize GTM programs that drive qualified leads, nurture pipelines, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Enable increases to qualified lead volume and sales pipeline by enhancing lead generation strategies and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) programs for Corporate Solutions (Demand) and Catering Partners (Supply) Marketing.
- Develop scalable, automated processes for campaign execution, lead management, data enrichment, and reporting.
- Drive experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives across inbound and outbound channels.
- Ensure marketing attribution models are accurate and evolve to reflect multi-touch journeys, supporting insight into pipeline performance and marketing ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., marketing automation tools, data providers, enrichment tools) and oversee platform health, hygiene, and governance.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops teams to ensure seamless handoffs between marketing and sales and shared metrics of success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership on operational improvements, GTM technical architecture, and new tool evaluations.
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Demand Gen Operations, or Revenue Operations roles.
- Prior experience in coaching and mentoring others. Formal management experience is a plus.
- Deep Experience with quarterly/project/sprint prioritization and planning.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, lead routing) and Salesforce Sales Cloud (lead management, opportunity stages, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., ActionIQ, Segment, Rudderstack, or similar).
- Strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, data integrations, APIs, and marketing analytics.
- Experience building end-to-end lead management systems (capture → nurture → handoff → recycle) that drive revenue.
- Familiarity with data governance, data hygiene best practices, and CRM/CDP data enrichment.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, testing, learning, and iteration.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or tech-driven environments preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with ABM platforms, event tracking (Rudderstack, Chilipiper, etc.), or predictive lead scoring models.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $121,000 - $166,000 per year.*
*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
