Join us! The GoFundMe Pro team is looking for our next Manager, Commercial Sales! This individual will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives and will be accountable for their performance and development. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading a closing inside sales team in a B2B SaaS environment. They will be passionate about meeting revenue, operational and strategic goals, as well as the professional growth, development and success of their team members. The Manager, Commercial Sales will spend the majority of time working with sales representatives to coach, counsel, and mentor them in all aspects of sales efficiency. This Sales Manager will also work closely with the Regional VP, Commercial Sales and senior leadership team to strategize new ideas and overachieve sales objectives.

- Hire, lead, and develop a successful team of full-cycle B2B Account Executives
- Assess sales pipeline, activity and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for refinement/improvement
- Coach AEs through the development of key sales skills, including forecasting and sales planning, prospecting/pipelining within accounts, complex deal negotiations, cross-functional support both internally and externally, as well as CRM/reporting accuracy
- Develop, empower, and retain top performers
- Effectively influence your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of prior sales leadership experience managing sales teams within software, ideally B2B SaaS-based offerings
- 4+ years experience of progressive B2B experience in a quota-carrying role
- Track record of building, coaching and enabling a rapidly growing team
- Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success
- A goal-oriented spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to win
- A command of the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills
Preferred…
- Well versed in sales methodologies and forecasting frameworks (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc)
- Strong experience in consultative, value-based selling
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other common sales tools
- Familiarity with non profits

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $165,500 - $248,500+ equity + benefits. The salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
