As Manager, GTM Product Marketing you’ll be reporting to the Head of PMM and you’ll be partnering with the GTM Enablement team (sales, support, success) you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and the revenue team's success. You will develop and execute strategies that empower our sales force with the knowledge, tools, and content needed to effectively communicate Apollo.io's value proposition to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the GTM enablement team to support the revenue org while closely collaborating with product & marketing teams to get them executed.
- Train the enablement team on any new products or features.
- Develop and create compelling sales assets & collaterals, customer stories that align with our multi-product positioning and messaging.
- Develop and co-lead enablement sessions for all of our GTM teams on upcoming product launches and releases.
- Create and maintain competitive intelligence resources to help sales teams effectively position Apollo.io against competitors.
- Analyze the effectiveness of go-to-market enablement initiatives & assets and continuously optimize strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, with a strong focus on GTM Enablement Programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and compelling sales materials.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Apollo.io).
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in competitive intelligence and PLG is a plus.
