About You
Nutrafol is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Marketing to help scale and optimize our loyalty and retention initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in executing our loyalty strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the long-term success of our customers. You’ll lead key programs, partner cross-functionally to implement and optimize loyalty campaigns, and analyze performance to inform future growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings strong experience in eCommerce, customer marketing, and loyalty programs. You balance creativity with analytics and enjoy turning insights into impactful customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Loyalty Marketing in developing and executing the loyalty roadmap to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, overseeing briefing, project management, and deployment to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Lead Nutrafol’s referral program, including strategy, campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Working with technical teams, assist in the implementation and optimization of automated loyalty initiatives across multiple customer channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze loyalty KPIs (e.g. engagement metrics, program success) and deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to execute loyalty initiatives.
- Contribute to the testing and optimization of loyalty tools, automation, and personalization strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive loyalty programs to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably in eCommerce and subscription businesses.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with technical teams and providing business requirements.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.
- A creative, resourceful problem solver passionate about driving customer loyalty and retention.
