Reports to: Director of Mid-Market Sales
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range:$136,500,000 to $149,500 base, with on-target earnings at $210,000 to $230,000, plus equity

What You’ll Do:
Huntress seeks an inspirational leader to coach and mentor our Mid-Market sales team. This high-impact, high-visibility role reports to the Director of Mid-Market Sales. As the Manager of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead and mentor a team that fosters exemplary communication and engagement with our prospective customers and partners to help them meet their business objectives through new offerings, training, education, and empowerment. You will provide the team with internal support, feedback on personal growth, and expertise in deal creativity and inspection to ensure your sales team is set up for success. Additionally, the manager will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing.
Success in this velocity sales motion will be measured by the new logo and first-year expansion metrics, as well as the ability to drive activity and outcomes across a team of individual contributors. You will lead a group of 5-7 Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market space (50 - 5,000 employee companies).
Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Achieve a team plan based on both new logo metrics and first-year expansion rates in a velocity sales motion
- Deal inspection and forward movement based on the MEDDPICC framework
- Accurately forecast 30-90 days out based on deal reviews and leading indicators
- Work closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline and align technical resources for your team
- Travel requirements 10% of the time
What You Bring To The Team:
- 3+ years of experience managing customer/Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the SMB and Mid-Market space is a plus (50 - 5,000 employees)
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus
