About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Recruiters focused on scaling our SMB and Commercial sales teams. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our hiring strategy, partnering closely with Sales and GTM leaders to deliver top-tier talent that fuels our growth.
This is a highly visible role requiring a blend of operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and people leadership. You’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious hiring goals, optimizing team performance, and continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Partner closely with GTM leadership to align hiring strategy with business goals.

Drive pipeline development and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.

Monitor recruiter performance metrics, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery.

Collaborate with operations and enablement teams to improve process efficiency and reporting.

Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Champion DEI initiatives and build inclusive hiring practices across all stages.

Forecast hiring needs and proactively address bandwidth or capacity challenges.

Promote a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous learning within your team.
What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

Proven success leading recruiting teams in high-growth or high-volume environments and experience with multi-layered stakeholder structures

Strong knowledge of sales recruiting, particularly in SMB or Commercial segments.

Comfortable using data and metrics to drive decisions and team performance.

A passion for coaching and mentoring recruiters, helping them grow and succeed.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
