Marketing Analyst

Job Description

PandaDoc is looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to partner with our Revenue Marketing team and drive growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing self-service and sales-assisted user journeys all the way from campaign touchpoints through to revenue and retention. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities for optimization, and deliver actionable insights that unlock growth.

In this role you will:

  • Strategy & Measurement
    • Define and maintain metrics and reporting frameworks that create visibility into customer lifecycle and campaign performance
    • Partner with Marketing, Product, CX, and Data Engineering to design and build a scalable analytics roadmap that ensures long-term data accuracy, enhances visibility across the customer journey and builds a foundation for future growth
    • Establish and enforce digital analytics standards to deliver accurate, scalable insights across OWOX, GA4, Tableau, Looker, HubSpot, Salesforce, Amplitude
    • Equip the Leadership team with data-driven insights into ROI and uncover areas for accelerated growth and investment
  • Analysis & Insights
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand the customer journey and identify key touchpoints for analysis
    • Analyze how different campaigns and marketing activities influence customer behavior at various stages of the lifecycle
    • Deeply analyze which marketing activities, customer interactions and in-product actions lead to successful upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
    • Research opportunities for user and lead segmentation to improve targeting of our campaigns
    • Use data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings and drive strategic decisions
    • Build reporting that clearly shows how campaign activity drives product adoption, expansion pipeline, and self-serve revenue in the product
  • Tracking & Infrastructure
    • Manage the integration of our customer analytics tools including: HubSpot, Salesforce, Amplitude, and Segment
    • Work closely with Data Engineering and Web Engineering to optimize our tracking infrastructure (e.g., tagging, events, custom dimensions) and integration of data across tools (ex. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Optimization & Testing
    • Partner with campaign managers to run experiments that optimize performance
    • Identify top content and patterns and work with the team to optimize user experience and conversion rates

About you:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into a visual story with actionable recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with querying large datasets efficiently
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing performance metrics
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to define metrics and reporting structures

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a hybrid go-to-market business (both Self Serve and Sales Assist)
  • Experience in various GTM tools (ex. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and data reporting tools (ex. Tableau)
  • Expertise in campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting best practices including attribution model development

The annual OTE salary range for this position is $150,00 - $180,000 USD
