This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the mobile gaming and UA landscape, and can turn data into actionable business recommendations.
You won’t be responsible for building predictive models yourself — but you’ll work closely with our in-house forecasting and analytics team to bridge data science outputs with practical UA and growth strategies.
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of paid UA campaigns across multiple channels
- Identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities in acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to drive campaign improvements
- Design and evaluate tests for creatives, offers, targeting, and other performance levers
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Partner with the Data Science team to improve how we interpret and apply modeled metrics
- Mentor marketers and cross-functional partners in marketing analytics and data literacy
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming
- Strong understanding of UA mechanics and campaign performance measurement
- Advanced SQL skills; able to work efficiently with large datasets (ClickHouse experience is a plus)
- Confident with Python (especially Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills — able to tell compelling stories with data
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in cross-functional environments
- Bonus: experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust), AdTech tools, or campaign automation systems

- Shape the growth strategy of mobile games played by millions
- Work with a team that values speed, ownership, and experimentation
- Collaborate with top-tier UA, creative, and analytics professionals

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
