Our client is seeking aMarketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content scheduling, and creative asset management. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled in content creation and platform management. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Scheduling
Plug copy into marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
Schedule and publish email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Use social media templates and add copy into pre-designed graphics for consistent branding.
Creative & Design Support
Edit and format videos for social media (e.g., reels, short-form content).
Ensure all content follows the client’s brand guidelines, demonstrating a strong design eye.
Assist in creating landing pages and integrating copy (nice to have).
Copywriting & Content Optimization
Support in writing and refining marketing copy for emails, social media, and promotional materials.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., OpusClip) to optimize content for different platforms.
CRM & Platform Management
Work with CRM tools (Kit, HubSpot, etc.) to manage email campaigns and audience segmentation.
Upload and organize marketing assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Use social media scheduling tools (Buffer or similar) to plan content distribution.

Timely execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring content is scheduled and delivered consistently.
Seamless integration of copy and visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Optimized social media content, leveraging video editing tools and AI solutions to enhance performance.
Strong collaboration with marketing teams, ensuring all marketing materials are accurately implemented and tracked.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content execution.
Technical Proficiency
Hands-on experience withCRM tools (Kit, HubSpot, etc.), social media schedulers, and email marketing platforms.
Design & Creative Skills
Familiarity withCanva (Adobe Express is a plus) and an eye for design and brand consistency.
Copywriting & Content Strategy
Strong writing skills and ability tooptimize content for different platforms.
Video Editing
Ability toedit and format short-form video content for social media.
Tech-Savviness
Understanding ofAI tools for content optimization and landing page creation is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience withAdobe Express for more advanced design needs.
