Job Description

Replicated is a Commercial Software Distribution Platform. Replicated helps software vendors distribute their applications into self-hosted environments like VPC, on-prem, air gap, and more. With a suite of tools ranging from installation, to testing, to licensing and support, Replicated is the best way to operationalize and scale the distribution of Kubernetes applications into any enterprise environment.

Our customers include KNIME, Puppet, Smartbear, BigID, Swimlane, and many other fast-growing enterprise software vendors.

We are happy to be adding a Marketing Manager to our marketing function. Replicated is a highly technical, product-driven company, where you will work closely with engineers and other key stakeholders to understand complex technologies, and translate them into compelling stories for our audience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and enjoys turning deep product knowledge into creative, effective marketing.

You produce polished work with meticulous attention to detail while thinking critically and bringing innovative solutions to the table. Whether drafting landing pages, creating technically-oriented content, designing visuals, or producing on-brand diagrams, you excel at making complex ideas accessible and engaging. You leverage tools to enhance your creativity and efficiency, and you're energized by the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. Speaking of tooling, you welcome leveraging AI tools to move faster, brainstorm smarter, or improve your work.

Your Impact at Replicated:

  • Spearhead core marketing programs across content, email, web, and paid channels that drive measurable business results

  • Craft compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with both technical and enterprise buyers

  • Design and produce high-impact marketing assets including landing pages, presentations, product visuals, and social graphics

  • Drive product launches with integrated campaigns, web updates, and strategic go-to-market content

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product teams, and sales to align on campaigns, positioning, and brand strategy

  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations

  • Manage and enhance our website presence (experience with Webflow is a plus)

  • Create and oversee booth content for conferences and industry events, including occasional travel for in-person execution

  • Test&Champion new formats, tools (including AI), and growth strategies to expand our reach and conversion

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of success engaging technical enterprise customers

  • Creative vision paired with hands-on proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva

  • Proven ability to own campaigns end-to-end—from strategic concept to compelling design to performance measurement

  • Talent for translating technical complexity into clear, engaging messaging for developers and enterprise buyers

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Self-directed work ethic balanced with enthusiasm for collaboration in a nimble, fast-moving team environment

  • Readiness to represent Replicated at industry events several times yearly, managing our brand presence hands-on

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing at a developer tools, AI/ML, or infrastructure company

  • Hands-on technical experience (whether through past roles, personal projects, or education)

  • Experience managing or updating websites in Webflow (or similar tools)

  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS or no-code tooling

  • You can share any work (professional or personal) that illustrates your marketing experience, such as writing samples or visual work

What Success Looks Like

Your First 30 Days: Immersion & Foundation

  • Get fully onboarded with our product, audience, and current messaging

  • Audit our existing marketing channels, assets, and brand presence

  • Begin producing light design assets (e.g. social graphics, presentation decks)

  • Collaborate on upcoming product launch plans or in-progress initiatives

Your First 60 Days: Ownership & Execution

  • Take ownership of at least one marketing channel or campaign from strategy through execution

  • Create or improve core assets — e.g. one-pagers, landing pages, event materials

  • Ship updates to the marketing website, either independently or in collaboration with a designer/dev

  • Finalize booth design and content for your first live event

Your First 90 Days: Leadership & Strategic Direction

  • Run a complete marketing campaign end-to-end and report on performance

  • Partner with product and sales to improve technical messaging and collateral

  • Represent the company at a conference, overseeing booth setup and materials

  • Propose a 3–6 month roadmap for content, growth, or brand — and start executing on it

In the US, the salary range for this role is as follows:

$120,000 to $140,000

This is dependent on several factors, including level, qualifications, and experience. We also offer stock options, a strong health insurance package, as well as a unique home office allowance & a professional development budget.
