How You’ll Make an Impact
Your ability to connect marketing strategy with execution will be instrumental in scaling our marketing efforts and driving business growth. This will include:
- Program Management: Utilize Wrike to oversee and manage Tier 1/Priority marketing projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Process Optimization: Own and evolve the Marketing Processes. Enable Wrike Marketing to deliver best-in-class workflows that are scalable, repeatable, and showcase-ready for customers. Act as the in-house expert in Wrike, leading its strategic application across marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment through ownership of the marketing operating calendar and key cadences (e.g. campaign reviews, OKR check-ins, and product marketing launches), ensuring consistency, accountability, and proactive communication across teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Resource Coordination: Ensure the right teams have the necessary tools, assets, and information to execute campaigns successfully.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility into key metrics.
You Will Achieve Your Best If You Have:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex marketing programs using Wrike or similar project management tools or methodologies.
- Marketing Operations Knowledge: Understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and lead management processes.
- Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize initiatives.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders, including the CMO.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Passion for identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Experience with Martech Stack: Familiarity with CRM, automation platforms (e.g. Workato), and analytics tools is a plus.
- Adaptive Mindset: Ability to quickly immerse in the marketing landscape, understand ongoing initiatives, and gain context to contribute meaningfully to strategic and executional priorities.
You Will Stand Out With:
- Proven knowledge of Marketing business models.
- Experience in setting up campaigns, implementing system changes, or improving processes for Marketing organizations.
- Strong technical skills in reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
- A background in consulting, operations, or revenue strategy with hands-on exposure to marketing teams and initiatives; able to act as an internal consultant to challenge assumptions, identify improvement areas, and accelerate decision-making.
