Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, IT, product, and design—to develop innovative solutions that drive our digital strategy and enhance customer engagement. This role requires deep expertise in martech tools including Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, ON24, Advertising platforms, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership:
    • Design and implement scalable digital marketing solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing technology ecosystem.
    • Develop long-term strategies for digital marketing technology that align with overall business objectives.
  • Technical Implementation & Integration:
    • Lead the integration of various marketing platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics, content management), ensuring data consistency and streamlined workflows.
    • Leverage tools like Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, and additional martech solutions to support campaign tracking and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure robust system architecture and proper implementation of marketing solutions.
  • Campaign & Data Management:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and translate campaign requirements into technical solutions.
    • Optimize data collection, segmentation, and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization:
    • Identify system inefficiencies or integration issues across the marketing technology stack and lead efforts to resolve them.
    • Continuously monitor digital marketing solutions for performance, scalability, and security, recommending necessary improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Serve as the technical liaison between marketing and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
    • Document technical architectures, integration points, and process flows for current and future reference.
  • Innovation & Best Practices:
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms that can enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital marketing technology, systems integration, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise with martech tools including, but not limited to, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with data integration, API development, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience in web technologies, mobile applications, and content management systems.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and technical challenges to deliver clear, actionable solutions.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications in digital marketing platforms or technologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital technology agency or large enterprise health tech environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • B2B2C experience preferred.
  • This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $120,000-$145,000 annually.
